Job Title: US Accountant

Location: Clark, Pampanga | Tarlac City | IT Park, Cebu City

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Work Arrangement: Onsite

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Responsible for performing data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounting-related tasks for different clients

• Preparation of US payroll tax returns and sales tax returns

• Preparation of Informational Federal tax returns

ABOUT YOU:

• Fluent in English
• Accounting knowledge
• High attention to detail
• Professional and organizational skills
• Proficient with Quickbooks or similar accounting software
• At least two years’ experience in accounting or a related field
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Nice to have:

• Proficient with Thomson Reuters professional suite (Ultra Tax, Accounting CS, FileCabinet, PracticeCS)
• Understanding of US tax laws
• CPA firm work experience
